A self-motivated and success-driven Business Development Manager, she brings over 5 years of experience in solution sales and new business development. Joyce possesses a profound understanding of Omni-channel processes, including online marketing and value-added services.

In her multifaceted role, Joyce Mogweng is instrumental in Business Development and serves as a liaison with valued clients. With a background as a social media manager for various companies, she brings extensive experience to her current position.

As the Business Development Manager, Joyce has played a pivotal role in driving the expansion and growth of Grandstage Trading. Over the last 3 years, the company has witnessed an astounding 400% growth, attributed not only to a dedication to product innovation but also to a strategic foray into new industry sectors and African markets.

Professionally, a dedicated and skilled Boiler Maker with more than 27 years of experience in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of industrial boilers, heavy machinery, and earthmoving equipment . Adept at interpreting technical drawings, utilizing precision tools, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Proven track record of delivering efficient solutions within tight deadlines.

Fabricate, assemble, and install boiler and earth moving equipment components according to engineering specifications and safety standards.

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial boilers, identifying and rectifying issues to ensure optimal performance.

  • Weld, cut, and shape metal using precision tools, including arc- welders, grinders, and cutting torches.

  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to plan and execute boiler installation and repair projects.

  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints, ensuring accurate implementation of design specifications.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
