Our Theory of Change

Our theory of change focuses on education whereby the level of school dropouts is increasing every year, and a substantial percentage is attributed to inadequate lighting. Therefore we aim to retain students in school and reintegrate those that dropped out of school back into the education system, through the use of our off-grid solutions and the community centers..

Grandstage Community Center

The purpose of the Grandstage Community Centre is to provide, at a low cost, facilities that are not always available to township communities:

• Access to computers and Internet-Basic PC training

• CV Preparation

• Libraries

Each center will be constructed using containers which is more cost effective than erecting structures in the traditional and sometimes wasteful way. This will help enable us to reintegrate those who fell out of the basic education system.
